What youll do (and why youll love it)

• Earn what you want: Competitive base salary plus commission, with typical annual earnings of $75,000 - $100,000 and no cap. Close pre-set appointments.

• Leverage our support: Lead generation and marketing programs at no cost. Represent one of our premier funeral home partners in qualified meetings lasting 60-90 minutes.

Be a force for change

As a ProActive Funeral Director, you have a dedicated team of over 50 agents setting appointments and helping you understand your clients. Our management provides performance guides, tools, mentorship, and coaching to help you succeed in this growing industry.

You focus on connecting with clients to plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind for their loved ones.

Skills required

• Funeral Director License REQUIRED
• Applicable State Insurance License and Preneed License/Certification (where applicable)
• Bachelors degree in business administration or related field, or 1-2 years of in-person sales/customer service experience, preferably in a senior market
• Strong relationship development and communication skills
• Ability to sell effectively over the phone and in person
• Empathetic, caring, and compassionate mindset with a strong work ethic
