Job Description

Job Title Wedding & Private Events Coordinator Reports To Banquet Manager Division Food & Beverage Department Classification Full-Time / Year-Round / Hourly Position Overview The Wedding & Private Events Coordinator is primarily involved in the coordination and animation of private events (weddings, corporate groups, social groups, etc.), while providing support to the sales team as needed. The Coordinator works with internal and external contacts to deliver on event needs, including food and beverage, lodging, A/V equipment, activities, and set up.
