We are seeking a Print Room Operator to join our Ammo Can Man, LLC team here in Clarksville, Arkansas.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various manufacturing equipment, ensuring high-quality products and meeting production goals. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have a strong understanding of graphic design and/or production software, and possess excellent communication and listening skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate a t-shirt heat press and hat machine to produce branded designs for sale.
• Prepare digital assets and send jobs to laser engraving machine, UV printer, DTF printer, and/or sublimation printer as necessary to complete custom printed materials.
• Set machine and laser parameters and load files based upon defined settings.
• Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Create original graphic designs for apparel and promotional materials, then assist with marketing efforts for offering these promotional items to local customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all projects.
• Maintain organized digital files and project documentation.

• Coordinate with customer service, operations, and shipping department to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
• Perform other duties as required to support the manufacturing process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency using computers required along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Graphic design experience preferred including but not limited to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Procreate and/or Canva.
• Social media experience including prior experience generating content for Facebook, Instagram, X, and/or TikTok.
• Preference for those with one or more years’ experience as a laser engraving technician, prepress operator, screen print operator, and/or machine operator in a production environment.
• Preference to candidates with expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues with minimal downtime. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues as well as perform and document routine preventative maintenance unassisted is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and maintain mobility to crouch, kneel, reach, bend, and perform repetitive actions with hands and arms.
• Basic math skills to ensure accurate measurements and calculations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical, procedure-oriented approach to tasks and affinity for quality control purposes.
• Work proficiently under limited supervision and with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Competitive hourly rate $15-$20/hour (dependent on years of experience & software knowledge)

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday-Friday (NO weekend shifts)
• Preferred Start Date: Monday, May 19, 2025 (or sooner!)
