This role will develop, create, and manage business intelligence and analytics solutions for the Enterprise. HFIM is the administrative and sales support division of the Brad Hall family of companies. HFIM supports companies in fuel and lube distribution, propane sales, retail fuel stations, oil field services, farming, fuel transportation, and other industries. The family of Companies does business in the Western United States and supplies to over 30 states. The Power BI Developer will primarily be focused on: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Power BI report solutions. Connect to data sources, import data, and transform data for BI. Create reports, dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations from data. Integrate Power BI reports into other applications as needed. Write and execute queries upon request for data. Test products for accuracy prior to deployment. Continuously improve performance and reliability of reports. Recommend additional options for reporting and analytics. The preferred candidate for the Power BI Developer will have the following: Bachelors degree in computer science, informatics, business intelligence or a related field. Three or more years experience in designing and delivering BI reporting solutions. Strong knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Power BI, and ETL solutions. Strong experience in developing visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards. Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations. Able to effectively multitask. Strong customer service focus.
