**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet members and guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist with membership sign-ups, cancellations, and other member inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and facility.
- Promote and educate members about club features and special promotions.
- Facilitate member check-ins and ensure proper access control.
- Respond promptly and professionally to member concerns and feedback.
- Provide tours of the facility to potential members, highlighting club amenities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Support management in data entry, record-keeping, and reporting tasks.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, with G Suite experience being a plus.
- Positive attitude, team player, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
