Work together with all departments to ensure that every client has a positive and memorable experience. Select, train, evaluate, and lead a team of personal trainers. Qualifications: Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers. A proven record of experience managing a team, preferably in the fitness industry, is preferred. Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED). Must possess a current certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer.
