JOB DESCRIPTION:
The team at our well-established plastic surgery office is seeking to hire a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our rapidly growing practice. We are seeking an extremely polished individual with strong work ethic and a positive attitude to assist our nationally recognized surgeon. This position is for someone that loves the cosmetic industry and has a passion for helping others look and feel their best! The ideal candidate will display professionalism, excellent bedside manner, a strong sense for detail, an abundance of positive energy, and a strong command in discussing all cosmetic procedures. Experience in the Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or Esthetics field is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered for hire.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for creating a 5 star patient experience
-Liaison between patient, staff, and surgeon
-Effectively manages and follows up with all inbound leads and answers all emails/call within a 24 hour period
-Provides all leads with information on procedures, recovery, and cost estimates
-Maintains an expert level of knowledge of all practice services and procedures
-Promote surgeon and surgical results
-Assist with in-person and virtual consultations
-Customizing the care plan for each patient
-Provides patient education, coordination, and scheduling for all surgical patients
-Highly articulate, well-poised, polished, congenial, with a strong problem-solving ability
-Professional appearance always with a professional and polite demeanor
-Accountable and highly motivated
-Ability to effectively build rapport and trust with prospective patients
-Phone, email, and personally communicate well with prospective patients. A company cell phone will be provided to communicate with all patients.

SALARY:
-$20-$25 per hour PLUS percentage commission of sales
