Order Selector Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Order Selector to join a dynamic team located in Bessemer, Alabama. In this position, you will have the opportunity to advance your career in a supportive and team-oriented environment. Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Schedule and Hours: 2nd Shift, 3:00pm-Until finished. Order Selectors will work weekends as part of their regular 5-day work schedule. Order Selector Duties and Responsibilities Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions is required. Temperatures in Perishables Frozen Foods range from 51 degrees to -20 degrees. Manage inventory, order status, and raw material quantity based on seasonal trends and other sales factors. Loading boxes onto pallets to be shipped out. Maintain all required records and reports Order Selector Qualifications and Requirements Stand for long periods of time, perform repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, twisting. Ability to work under a production quota system. Freezer Selectors must be able to pull an average of 185 cases per hour by the end of their 90-day probation period, and thereafter. Ability to work in an extremely fast paced, physically demanding job. Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills Job Type Full-time, temporary with temp-to-hire opportunities.
