We are currently seeking a Oracle NetSuite Adminstaror to work remotely for one of our client.

We are currently seeking an Oracle NetSuite Administrator to work in Boston (Acton), MA area (hybrid) .

1. Support the configuration, development, and continued evolution of the NetSuite ERP system.
2. Design, develop, and deploy advanced NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and/or SuiteBuilder
3. Customize and maintain forms, fields, reports, NetSuite dashboards, and save searches
4. Implement and manage workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, and custom buttons/links
5. Support data import process and migration.
6. Maintain user access, roles, and rights, and implement appropriate controls and audits.
7. Maintain system integrity, including monitoring integrations, scheduled scripts, and system logs
8. Maintain master business data lists for reporting and integration
9. Identify and implement process improvements through automation, new features, or configuration change
10. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes as needed.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role.
2. Minimum 5+ years of core NetSuite modules such as Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Procure-to-Pay, CRM, or Projects.
3. Minimum 5+ Years hands on experience in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model.
4. Minimum 5+ years hands experience creating workflows, saved searches, custom fields, forms, roles, and dashboards.
