Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Online Chat Operator to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through online chat platforms, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and client accounts.
Assist customers with troubleshooting, order-related questions, and general support.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Document interactions and maintain records in CRM systems.
Contribute to improving customer experience through clear communication and support.
Work closely with the customer service and operations teams to meet service goals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required).
Previous experience in online chat support, customer service, or call centers preferred.
Strong written communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Customer-oriented attitude with patience and empathy.
Basic proficiency with CRM tools, chat platforms, and office software.
