Core Skills + 3+ months supporting mobile hardware. + Knowledge of iOS and Android. + Familiarity with wireless carriers. Responsibilities + Process device requests in ticketing system. + Assign and track devices. + Maintain inventory records. + Prepare devices for redeployment. Qualifications + Problem-solving and customer service experience. + Strong organizational and time management skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Gurnee, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
