Overview

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking an experienced Mobile Application Developer to develop an employee facing mobile application in support of a potential contract supporting the US Coast Guard Office of Governmental Public Affairs (CG-092).

This position is contingent on contract award. Anticipated salary range: $95,000 - $120,000.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include developing an employee-facing mobile application and collaborating with the project team to meet contract requirements.

Work Environment


  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.


Physical Demands
  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.

Travel
  • 0-10% / Minimal travel.


Qualifications
  • A Bachelors degree in business, communications, media, software development, or related field AND At least ten (10) years of relevant experience OR at least five (5) years of experience with a Masters degree or higher in business, communications, media, software development, or related field.
  • Experience with programming languages for mobile applications (i.e. Swift, Kotlin/Java).
  • Experience with Frameworks and Libraries (i.e. React Native, Flutter, Xamarin, etc.).
  • Proficiency with development environments such as Android Studio and Xcode.
  • Understanding of design principles for mobile apps.
  • Ability to implement responsive and intuitive interfaces.
  • Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks.
  • Skills in debugging and troubleshooting application issues.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance. (Eligible to pass Federal security clearance process.)
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID. More information about Real ID can be found on DHS and TSA sites.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. CeLeen will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
