We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented PRN Medical Assistant to join our overnight clinical research team. This role is ideal for a certified medical assistant with strong phlebotomy skills and a commitment to supporting quality patient care during off-hours in a fast-paced research environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and sample collection in accordance with protocol-specific requirements
  
• Process and label specimens accurately for shipment
  
• Monitor and document vital signs and assist with subject assessments as delegated
  
• Maintain accurate and timely source documentation and research logs
  
• Support overnight procedures, medication administration, and sample time point collection as needed
  
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of clinical space and equipment
  
• Promptly report adverse events or deviations per regulatory and site SOPs
  
• Collaborate with clinical and regulatory staff to support protocol adherence
  

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent training
  
• Proficient in phlebotomy with demonstrated venipuncture experience
  
• Availability to work variable overnight hours on a PRN basis, including weekends and holidays
  
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  
• Prior experience in research or healthcare settings preferred but not required
  

• Overnight clinical setting with variable pacing based on study needs
  
• Occasional extended hours for early morning sample collections or follow-up visits
  
• May involve standing for prolonged periods and handling biological specimens
