Your Job
As a Materials Handler, you'll be the backbone of our production floor. You'll keep raw materials (lumber, plates, and hardware) flowing smoothly to the saws, roll-formers, and assembly tables so our truss and joist lines never stop. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that keeps the entire plant running.
Your Day
Unload lumber deliveries and organize stock by size and grade Feed lumber to the sawyers and component lines (repetitive lifting, pulling, and stacking) Stage metal connector plates and hardware for the assembly crews Keep the yard and plant aisles clean and organized Band and tag finished trusses/joists for loading onto trucks End the shift with a sense of accomplishment knowing every house or building framed today started with the materials you moved

Your Experience
This is an entry-level position no prior manufacturing experience required! You just need: Ability to accurately read a tape measure (down to 1/16") Comfortable repeatedly lifting, bending, and moving lumber (team lifts for heavier pieces) Positive attitude and reliable attendance a must.
