We’re hiring a Marketing Project Manager with our client who is a leading biopharmaceutical company.

• Hybrid onsite 3x a week in North Chicago, Illinois.
• 40 hours per week.
• 12-month+ contract position.
• Hourly Pay: $40hr. - $45hr.

In this role, you’ll join the Marketing Team to deliver creative and communications solutions across a range of initiatives, including Disease State Awareness Campaigns, Product Launches, Sales Support, Training Materials, Events, and Corporate Communications.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the creative conceptualization process by providing complete project scope to the Creative Team.
• Manage execution of project plans and timelines to meet project deadlines.
• Responsible for estimates, quotes, and invoice projects monthly.
• Communicate project, budgetary, resource, or quality challenges and concerns with Clients and Key Stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS required. Emphasis in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or Business.
• 3 to 5 years of work experience as a Project or Account Manager.
• Experience in a Creative Agency or Meeting/Event Planning environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Working knowledge of InDesign is a plus (preferred).
