Responsibilities Originate and manage client relationships within the not-for-profit healthcare or higher education sectors. Lead complex financings, including plan development, structuring, documentation, negotiation, and execution. Oversee all phases of deal execution in collaboration with analysts and associates. Coordinate client meetings, team calls, and negotiations with external parties such as attorneys, bankers, rating agencies, and insurers. Prepare marketing materials, RFP responses, and financial models using DBC, Bloomberg, and Excel. Provide strategic guidance and tailored financial advisory services. Stay informed on market trends and maintain competitive intelligence. Travel 2–3 times per month for client meetings or events across the U.S. Requirements 8–10 years of experience in public finance, municipal bond investment banking, or financial advisory. Ability to independently originate and execute deals in the not-for-profit sector. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Series 50 license or willingness to obtain within 3 months. Strong knowledge of healthcare and/or education public financing models. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with Bloomberg and DBC preferred. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset. Experience advising large hospital systems or universities is preferred. MBA or CPA is a plus. Experience in boutique financial advisory settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRMs like Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus. Benefits Competitive salary and performance bonus.
