Be part of the connection: You guide your team to increase sales and penetration rates for our telecommunications portfolio. You partner with local Sales and Marketing teams to define and execute team-based selling strategies. How you can make a difference: Complete our 12-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools. Implement a plan to recruit, train and motivate the team into a productive, cohesive unit. Develop and execute sales plans focused on independent prospecting. Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop and execute overarching team selling strategies. Demonstrate Data products to prospective clients. Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients. Guide sales teams and marketing initiatives by producing market development plans. Monitor maintenance and acquisition of accounts and conduct weekly sales meetings and annual performance reviews. What You Bring To Spectrum Business Required qualifications: Experience: Five or more years of experience selling telecommunications products with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales performance; History of leading teams focused on selling LAN and WAN technologies, Managed Router, firewall services and cloud-based solutions. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or an equivalent experience. Technical skills: Expert in telecommunications, networking technologies and Cisco Meraki product suite; Familiar with Salesforce; Proficient in Microsoft Office. Skills: Presentation and English communication skills. Abilities: Proven ability to inspire teams to overachieve. Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications: Cisco, Fortinet, Nuage or MEF certification.
