Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Loan Officer Assistant located in Walnut Creek, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Loan Officer Assistant will support loan officers by pre-screening clients, managing mortgage applications, coordinating with underwriting departments, and ensuring all loan documentation is prepared accurately and timely. This role involves direct interaction with clients, requiring excellent customer service and communication skills.
