We’re now expanding our digital front desk and are looking for a friendly, quick-thinking Live Chat Representative to provide real-time support to our guests online.
Position Overview:As a Live Chat Representative, you’ll be the digital voice of our salon. You’ll assist current and potential clients via live chat, answering questions about services, pricing, availability, and bookings while reflecting the upscale, client-first vibe of our salon.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat
• Provide accurate information on services, pricing, promotions, and policies
• Assist clients with booking and modifying appointments
• Troubleshoot basic concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in every interaction
• Document common questions and feedback to help improve future service
Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Strong written communication skills with a warm, professional tone
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with salon services is a plus
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using chat software and booking systems
• Available evenings and/or weekends preferred
