We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper to join our Team!
Job Description:
The Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper repairs and maintains facility buildings and equipment. Repairs include building and renovation, make ready apartments, plumbing, painting, sheetrock work, electrical, carpentry and landscape maintenance and other job duties as assigned. This position also may require the completion of custodial work as necessary. To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily.
Responsibilities:
· Complete work orders and repair orders in a timely manner
· Make ready apartments and other required tasks
· HVAC Certified preferred but not required
· Estimate time and extent of repairs
· Perform routine preventive maintenance
· Maintain material and supply inventory
· Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
· Lawn mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and weed control
· Repair sprinkler systems
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in maintenance required
· Previous experience in apartment maintenance preferred
· Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
· Ability to handle a physical workload
· Deadline and detail-oriented
· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

· Full time employees are eligible for medical benefits the 1st day of the month, following completion of 60 continuous days of employment.
