We are seeking a Junior Web Developer to join our team! You will develop and implement unique web-based applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end components for web applications used by enforcement officers, administrators, and the public.
• Implement responsive designs that work across various devices, from desktop dashboards to mobile field tools.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to create seamless user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews, team planning, and testing efforts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues related to layout, functionality, and performance.
• Learn and apply industry best practices in security, accessibility, and code quality.

Qualifications:

• A strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue (academic or internship experience welcome)
• An interest in civic tech, public service, or solving real-world logistical problems through software.
• Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn from feedback.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) is a plus.
