FedEx Pick Up and Delivery Driver

Location: Hutchins, TX
Start Time: 7:30 AM Sharp
Schedule: Schedules vary, weekend days included
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - per week
Are you a dependable, energetic driver who loves working independently and staying active? We're looking for experienced commercial drivers and experienced FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers to join our fast-paced team!
As a delivery pro, you'll be the face of FedEx—safely delivering packages to homes and businesses on a set route, using top-tier scanning tech to keep everything on track. If you’re someone who enjoys driving, problem-solving, and getting the job done right, we want to hear from you!
???? What You’ll Do:Operate a FedEx-approved box truck or step van
Load, unload, and deliver packages safely and on time
Use a handheld scanner to track deliveries accurately
Make scheduled pickups within tight time frames
Help load/unload trucks at the terminal as needed
Represent FedEx with professionalism and courtesy
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years)
At least 1 year of commercial driving experience (delivery, landscaping trailer, moving, Amazon DSP, Lyft, Kroger, Alto, etc.)
Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and handle a physically demanding workload
Must pass a DOT physical and background check
Be at least 21 years old
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and punctual
Early risers who can start by 7:30 AM
Drivers with ZERO license suspensions in the past 3 years
Fast learners who thrive in a fast-moving environment
Flexible team players (end times vary based on package and stop volume)
People who love working solo—but still value being part of a team!
