About The Role The Falcon Intel Recon Analyst directly supports cyber threat customers, ensuring they realize the full value of the Intelligence product and maximizing customer success and renewals. Analysts manage multiple customer relationships and serve as the cyber‑intel analytic interface between Falcon Intelligence Recon customers and the broader CrowdStrike intelligence team. What You’ll Do Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain a strong sense of ownership over many customer relationships. Quickly triage and record noteworthy findings from Falcon Intelligence Recon, and escalates them to the respective customers. Guide customers through Recon findings, providing subject‑matter expertise and effective guidance. Advocate for customers within Intelligence and Engineering teams to improve the product and capture customer feedback, feature requests, and overall satisfaction. Plan and lead process‑improvement initiatives tailored to enhance overall customer satisfaction with the CrowdStrike team. What You’ll Need Ideal candidates possess strong technical expertise in dark web intelligence, APT strategies, and threat intelligence, complemented by exceptional customer engagement skills at all technical and executive levels. Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence, all‑source threat analysis, or intelligence collections, and shared familiarity with the intelligence lifecycle. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of dark and deep web ecosystems, including actors, forums, and leak sites. Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies. Customer‑service attitude and problem‑solving skills with customers. Ability to operate independently with little direction. Ability to present and explain technology to audiences with lower technical knowledge. Fluent in at least one language (French, Arabic, or German) at C1 level (CEFR). Bonus Points Experience using AI tools and familiarity with APIs for delivering indicators and intelligence. Travel Minimal to light travel (25%).
