Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Import Designer with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for current trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, the ability to read and write in both Korean and English, and a collaborative spirit to work closely with our production and sales teams to bring innovative and market-relevant designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast and interpret current fashion trends to create designs that align with our brand identity and market needs.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and adjust designs accordingly.
• Participate in fittings and production meetings to ensure the final product meets the design intent.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and new design techniques.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a fashion designer, preferably with import experience in women's apparel.
• Strong ability to forecast fashion trends and translate them into commercially viable designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to read and write in both Korean and English.
