Role Description

This is a flexible position that we can customize around the right candidate. Our role of Service Field Supervisor is a management position that will work closely with the Office Service Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the service department and the growth/happiness of service team members. This is a hybrid field/office position, with an emphasis on presence in the field. The Office Service Coordinator handles many of the logistics, and the Field Supervisor will be responsible for technical questions, technician training, challenging calls, and various miscellaneous tasks to ensure the field operations run as smoothly as possible. This will require training technicians, running calls alongside technicians, and running calls independently as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead, manage, and mentor a team of service technicians in a collaborative way
• 10+ Years experience as an HVAC service technician, with emphasis on diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Expertise in a variety of HVAC systems, including Furnace/AC, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, in-floor systems, unit heaters, and rooftop units.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to navigate complex issues and foster positive client relationships
• A commitment to safety, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
• Clean driving record
