Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant with a strong focus on employee onboarding. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience to new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success from day one. You’ll play a key role in helping build a consistent and engaging introduction to our culture, processes, and team dynamics. Responsibilities: Onboarding & Orientation Coordinate and execute end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees (e.g., welcome emails, onboarding schedules, equipment coordination). Prepare and manage onboarding documentation, forms, and training materials. Organize and facilitate new hire orientation sessions (virtual or in-person). Partner with IT, hiring managers, and facilities to ensure new hires have the tools and resources they need. HR Administration & Support Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (ADP). Track and follow up on completion of onboarding tasks and compliance documentation. Assist in compiling onboarding feedback and reporting insights to improve the experience. Provide general administrative support to the HR team across other functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR communications. Employee Experience Be a welcoming, reliable point of contact for all new hires. Assist with early-stage employee engagement efforts such as check-ins, surveys, and pulse feedback. Contribute to ongoing improvements in onboarding processes and tools. Qualifications: Required: 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, employee onboarding, or administrative support. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfort learning HR software. Compensation and Benefits:
