Pay: $20-$25/hr+ DOE
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM (4x10s)
Start Date: Mid-May to Early June
Project Length: Approximately 4 months with possible extension
We are seeking a
Construction Framer & Sider for a
project position with our client, a well-established
residential construction company located in
Lebanon, Oregon . The Framer/Sider will play an essential role in constructing residential homes, including framing and siding installation. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience, reliability, and a strong work ethic. As a Construction Framer & Sider, you will be responsible for: - Framing residential homes including walls, floors, and roofing structures
- Installing exterior siding and trim (lap, board & batten, panel siding, etc.)
- Operating power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, organized job site and following all safety protocols
- Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with supervisors
The ideal candidate for this role will have: - At least 2 years of experience in framing and/or siding installation
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, measurement, and layout techniques
- A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
- The ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfort working at heights, including on ladders, roofs, and decks
- A clean and professional appearance (no jewelry or piercings on job sites for safety)
