We are seeking a dependable and motivated Grounds and Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in Grand Island, NE. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of 8 buildings on our property. The ideal candidate will take pride in keeping facilities and grounds in excellent condition while providing reliable support to our staff and visitors.

• Perform janitorial services including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation.
• Maintain grounds by mowing, trimming, watering, and caring for lawns, landscaping, and outdoor areas.
• Complete light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, minor repairs, and upkeep of common areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Maintain and operate cleaning and landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with seasonal maintenance such as snow removal and de-icing walkways.
• Report maintenance issues, needed repairs, and supply inventory to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety standards and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Previous experience in janitorial, maintenance, or groundskeeping preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
