Maxam Tire North America: Graphic Designer

Position Reporting to: Brand Manager

Location: Danvers Massachusetts office location

Summary/Objective

Maxam Tire, a subsidiary of the Sailun Group, is a global manufacturer and distributor of specialty off-the-road tires, tracks and more. The Graphic Designer will bring creative ideas to life, helping MAXAM continue to build a bold, consistent brand presence. This role is hands-on, highly collaborative and important to deliver compelling marketing assets that drive awareness and engagement. This role requires proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite, along with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. With excellent communication skills and adaptability, graphic designers play a vital role in meeting deadlines and exceeding project goals.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the design and development of marketing collateral, including digital brochures, one-sheets, flyers, case studies, and advertisements, to support campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Provide support for marketing materials such as customer presentations.
  • Create and update project experience collateral, including case studies and promotional flyers.
  • Ensures all content is consistent with, and supports, the overall brand and identity of the Company.
  • Adapt designs for various mediums. Tailor visuals for digital platforms, print, and multimedia projects.
  • Assist in the design and execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with branding and campaign objectives.
  • Support the creation of email templates, graphics, and content tailored to various audiences.
  • Assist in the creation of video content for marketing and communication purposes.
  • Provide photography support during key events and projects as needed.
  • Work closely with Brand Manager to ensure cohesive visual concepts that adhere to brand guidelines.

Travel

  • Some traveling is required domestically for events.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
  • Demonstrated expertise through a strong portfolio with high-quality designs.
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or similar role.
  • Proven graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proficiency in typography, color theory, and design principles to create impactful visuals.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, with the flexibility to take direction and incorporate feedback.
  • Creative ability to overcome design challenges and deliver effective solutions.
  • Awareness of industry trends and the ability to integrate them into projects.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
