Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and direction for on-site field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Oversee constructability reviews, sequencing plans, and baseline scheduling during preconstruction.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage superintendents, field engineers, and other site staff.
• Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners to drive project success.
• Champion continuous improvement, resolving site challenges creatively to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in general contracting with proven leadership on large, complex projects.
• Strong track record managing multiple teams and subcontractors on active construction sites.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Driven, adaptable, and committed to upholding the highest standards for safety, quality, and integrity.
