Role Description

This is a full-time Garden Maintenance Manager position. The Garden Maintenance Manager will oversee high-end residential property maintenance, supervise the maintenance staff, and ensure all gardens are kept in excellent condition. Responsibilities include planning and performing preventive maintenance, communicating with clients, handling maintenance and repair tasks as needed, and managing overall maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of plant species, along with experience in maintaining them throughout all seasons and zones.
• Supervisory skills in leading, collaborating, and working alongside maintenance staff.
• Experience in garden maintenance, pruning, irrigation, and landscape lighting. 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, landscape management, or a related field is a plus.
• Some travel is required.
