Family Law Trial Attorney 
\nReston, VA | Onsite | up to $140K + Bonus + Full Benefits Package

\nWe are with a highly regarded regional law firm and they are expanding its litigation team and seeking a courtroom-savvy attorney to join their family law practice. This role is ideal for someone who loves trial work and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families.

\n Key Responsibilities: \n\n

\n\t
• Represent clients in all stages of litigation, from initial filing to final orders\n\t
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials\n\t
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, discovery, and legal memoranda\n\t
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive positive case outcomes\n\t
• Deliver compassionate, strategic counsel to clients under pressure\n

\n
\n Qualifications: \n\n

\n\t
• Licensed to practice law in Virginia \n\t
• Minimum 3 years of family law or civil litigation experience \n\t
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom skills\n\t
• Organized, driven, and able to manage multiple active cases\n\t
• Comfortable working with high-emotion client matters\n
