Executive Assistant -French Speaking ~International Consulting firm Washington, D.C.
$110k hybrid schedule, great benefits, plus career growth
My client is a well-established international consulting firm located in downtown Washington, D.C. with an exciting new opportunity for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will support the Managing Partner including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting prep and various other tasks. The Executive Assistant must be fluent in French for translation of documents and assisting in preparing client presentations. The Executive will join an experienced team in a very fast-paced environment, managing complex logistics including, coordinator international travel plans and acting as a liaison between various departments and stakeholders. French speaking candidates with experience working for international organizations are highly encouraged to apply. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:
· Calendar management, scheduling, and all itinerary coordination in MS Outlook for the
· Department
· Responsible for preparing PowerPoint presentations for clients
· Translating documents from French to English
· Prioritizing and managing changing schedules efficiently
· Assisting in special projects, including planning events and engagements
· Managing and updating Salesforce database
· Editing and proofreading documents in MS Word

Requirements:
BS/BA degree
Fluent in French & English
3 years’ experience in administrative support of senior leadership
Calendar management experience, proficient in MS Outlook
Candidates with Management Consulting or Political consulting experience are highly preferred
Proficient in MS Office

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing administrative support to senior leadership.
• Expertise in calendar management and scheduling using Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in international consulting, management consulting, or political consulting is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
