We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Estate Manager to oversee the operations of a luxury estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standard, supervising staff, coordinating vendors, and providing exceptional service to owners and guests. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day property operations including pools, gardens, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, and security systems. Coordinate and supervise contractors, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to scope. Ensure hurricane/storm preparedness protocols are in place. Recruit, train, and manage estate staff (housekeeping, gardening, maintenance, security, butlers, chefs, etc.). Approve schedules, conduct performance reviews, and uphold staff grooming and confidentiality standards. Serve as the primary liaison for owners, guests, and service providers, ensuring the estate is always guest-ready . Provide 24/7 availability for emergencies (directly or via delegated staff). Ensure full compliance with safety, HR, insurance, and regulatory requirements. Maintain structured reporting across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual intervals. Key Performance Expectations Timely completion of maintenance and technical inspections. High staff retention and compliance with performance and grooming standards. 100% compliance with safety, insurance, and regulatory requirements. Estate consistently guest-ready with positive feedback from owners and visitors. Compensation & Benefits Salary: BBD $5,000 – $7,000 per month (based on experience). Strong leadership skills with experience supervising multidisciplinary staff. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
