Overview Household / Estate Manager - Delta Dallas is partnering with a prominent Dallas family in its search for a highly experienced Household / Estate Manager to oversee operations at their Park Cities residence. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for the household, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing staff and vendors, and providing high-level administrative and logistical support to the family. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with proven experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) households. Success in this role requires discretion, strong leadership skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining a polished, service-oriented presence. Base pay range $95,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Delta Dallas Responsibilities Household & Staff Management Oversee daily activities of household staff (housekeepers, groundskeepers, porter). Audit and submit staff timecards; track PTO and vacation schedules; coordinate payroll with the family office. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees. Maintain and update household policies and procedures in partnership with the primary stakeholder. Manage all property maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Select and oversee vendors, including contract negotiation and scheduling. Coordinate landscaping, groundskeeping, and vehicle maintenance. Track progress of all work to ensure timely and high-quality completion. Administrative & Family Support Manage household calendar, family appointments, and travel logistics. Process household mail and maintain records, including medical documentation. Provide basic accounting support: balance household budget/checking account and coordinate expense reconciliation with the family office. Run personal errands and assist with special requests. Event & Lifestyle Management Plan and coordinate family events and gatherings (onsite and occasional offsite). Manage meal programs and food deliveries. Handle holiday planning, including decorations, mailing lists, cards, gifts, and vendor coordination. Oversee personal shopping and gifting needs year-round. Non-Negotiable Qualifications Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing the household/estate of an UHNW family. Proficiency in Mac environment (required) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and reconcile expenses. Ability to travel periodically to other family properties. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for errands. Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Ability to pass an in-depth background and credit check. Work Schedule 100% Onsite, Park Cities residence Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (punctuality is key!) Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.
