Location: REMOTE - 1660 Prudential Dr, Jacksonville, Fl 32207 (will have to travel 2-4 times per year to Jacksonville)

Hours: M-F (8-5)

Must-Haves:

• Epic Coding Certification
• CDI Build Experience
• Data Courier Experience
• HIM Security Template Experience
• Strong skills in Slicer Dicer
• Experience in reviewing SVC logic and techniques to increase SVC metrics

Plusses:

• Hospital Billing Certification
• Identity Certification
• Deficiency Tracking
• Progressive experience with Autonomous coding, Epic Suggested Coding, Gallery, and/or Hospital At Home implementation
• Experience with Solventum (aka 3MHIS) Encoder, Iodine, and Hyland OnBase

Day-to-Day:

• Provide support for a hospital project, conveying build requirement considerations on behalf of HIM and across the Revenue Cycle Spectrum (Grand Central, Prelude, Cadence, and Hospital/Professional Billing).
• Perform workflow analysis, work queue routing rules, use of billing indicators and system actions.
• Troubleshoot combine/uncombine logic scenarios impacting interfaces and work with vendors to support Solventum (aka 3MHIS) Encoder, Iodine, and Hyland OnBase.
• Create workflow documentation, present decision points to operations, and collaborate between IT Teams and Operational Service-lines.

Perform both maintenance and build support, addressing incidents, requests, and project tasks as assigned
