We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support written client and senior investor inquiries. The role involves investigating and resolving client complaints in compliance with regulatory guidelines and drafting formal written responses. Additional duties may include settlement processing, privacy opt-out handling, and responding to inbound calls. Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.
