Entry Level Project Manager Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary The Entry-Level Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from start to finish. This role works closely with senior project managers, field teams, vendors, and clients to help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in project management within the construction/HVAC/plumbing industry.
Key Responsibilities - Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Track project progress and update timelines
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors
- Help manage project documentation, permits, and reports
- Support material ordering and job logistics
- Attend project meetings and take notes as needed
- Help ensure projects follow safety and company standards
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in construction, business, or project management a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word, project software)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred Skills - Experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, or related trades
- Internship or field experience
