Join our Driver Development Program as a Class A Driver! We are seeking motivated individuals to kickstart their trucking career with Ryder. No experience is necessary—new CDL Class A graduates are welcome!

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Weekly Minimum Guarantee During Training: $1050
• Weekly Minimum Guarantee After Training: $1385
• Miles Pay: $0.51 per Mile with 2500 Miles per Week
• Stops Pay: $11.00 per Stop
• Drop and Hook Pay: $6.00 per Drop/Hook
• CDL License is Required
• Company Paid Scale Bypass

Requirements:

• 9 months or less of CDL driving experience
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide valid CDL and endorsements
• Ability to follow instructions and understand regulations

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws
• Detect and minimize safety hazards
• Maintain accurate records and logs
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures regarding freight handling
• Perform other duties as assigned
