The Entry-Level Assistant Manager role is part of our structured Leadership Development Program , designed to fast-track top performers into management. You’ll start by learning the fundamentals of event marketing, sales, and customer engagement before advancing into team leadership, client management, and operational oversight.
Learn all aspects of our event marketing campaigns
Support day-to-day team operations and event execution
Train and mentor new team members
Build strong relationships with clients and customers
Contribute to campaign strategy and community outreach efforts
Assist management with performance tracking and reporting
