Job responsibilitiesTeach the subject of English and literature to high school students utilizing the AP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experiencePreparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report commentsCollaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveProvide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregiversDevelop supportive and safe learning environmentsJob requirementsBachelor degree or above in the related subjectTeaching certificateTwo or more years teaching experience in the subject in higher educationExcellent communications skillsGood understanding of teaching in AP context Salary and benefitsMonthly salary 25,000 to 28,000 RMB depending on experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance is 6,000 RMBFully paid summer and winter holidayPublic holidayAirfare reimbursement once a year up to 10,000 RMB each yearMedical insurance providedFree breakfast and lunch
