Position OverviewThe Driver Performance Manager oversees the full lifecycle of driver performance—from recruitment and onboarding to safety, compliance, and operational excellence. You’ll serve as the primary leader for driver engagement and development, ensuring our team delivers top-tier service while maintaining the highest safety standards.
This role reports directly to local and regional leadership and plays a vital part in delivering safe, efficient, and compliant transportation services.
