Specialized Experience: For the GS-15 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service . Specialized Experience for this position includes: - Developing policy for a program that involves organizations in the Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) industry; ANDThe United States Department of Housing and Urban Development is a Cabinet department in the executive branch of the U.S. federal government. Although its beginnings were in the House and Home Financing Agency, it was founded as a Cabinet department in 1965, as part of the Great Society program of President Lyndon Johnson, to develop and execute policies on housing and metropolises.
