Data Entry Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team on a part-time basis . This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our organization’s data accuracy and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong attention to detail, and be comfortable working with large volumes of information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
- Verify the accuracy of data entered and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Manage and organize electronic and paper files for easy retrieval
- Assist in generating reports and summaries from data sets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and completeness
- Follow data entry procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus
