The Crew Scheduler is part of the Safety Management umbrella Ensure flight schedules satisfy all local, state, &federal requirements for pilots & flight attendants applicable to duties. When flight schedules entered into CMS system, check & monitor status of all assigned crew members for compliance. Updating duty rosters pre‑ & post‑ flight as requested by Operations & Dispatch; create timers, potential assignments. Follow revised month‑to‑month flight scheduling & SOP handbook, learning adjustment processes. Provide guidance on scheduling & relier permits, cleartrail, pertinent public‑submittals, left‑over ... Continually with Meritfor safety‑tuner, experienced by aviation regulatory officials. Arrive on time & all ready at each shift. FOCUS – Clarity in all calls, shifts Keep mission focus across multiple crew schedules during simultaneous flights. Handle - Operations, Dispatch, and Crew Scheduler tasks, resolving issues with discipline, rationality, and$rivivity.
