Description:

The Contract Specialist will be responsible for managing and entering client/customer contracts and other documentation surrounding their support. This is a key role to ensure documentation surrounding customer contracts are entered accurately and timely. Deadlines are a common requirement of this position, which means organization and being comfortable with tight deadlines are key to succeed in this position. This role requires open communication with their team and higher management to ensure services and contract entry are as seamless as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Contracts & Data Entry:

• Responsible for entering any new contracts, renewal contracts or customer-related documentation
  • Safety Plans and Protocols
  • Risk Reports
• Receive and file any customer-related documentation into The HUB, physical files and The Drive
  • Creating a customer file if they are new to Impact
  • Examples of this are ONAs, PBSPs, PCIs

Communication and Reporting

• Communicate to direct supervisor regarding any lapses in contracts that occur or any errors are seen on the customer documentation
  • ISP, SA, ROI, Risk Reports, etc.
• Ensure if any communication occurs with/about a Customer or with an SC/CME that it is being recorded under Support Notes in The HUB
• Communicate to SCs/CMEs regarding any customer-related documentation
  • Communicate to direct supervisor if there are any delays in communication with SCs/CMEs
• Take on overflow tasks assigned by supervisor

Reporting for Auditing and Issues

• Report to direct supervisor if there are any errors in The HUB
• Prepare any measurables or reports requested by direct supervisor
• Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices
