Key Responsibilities

  • Lead field operations from project start to finish with an emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity.

  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Supervise jobsite setup, including temporary utilities, signage, and safety protocols.

  • Interpret and enforce project plans, specifications, and contract requirements.

  • Manage and direct subcontractors, craft labor, and suppliers for timely execution of work.

  • Conduct regular jobsite inspections and meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders.

  • Maintain daily reports, equipment tracking, and communication logs.

  • Identify and resolve jobsite issues proactively, communicating delays or changes to the Project Manager.

  • Ensure all punch list and closeout activities are completed with precision and professionalism.

  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction supervision.

  • Associate’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, scheduling, and site logistics.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams.

  • Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.

  • High standards of workmanship and a commitment to jobsite cleanliness and professionalism.

  • Comfortable building relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors.

  • Must be driven, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and conduct.

Schedule

  • Full-Time: Monday – Friday

  • In-house field labor generally works 4-10s, Monday–Thursday
