Project Manager (Onsite) Tarrytown, NY

Key responsibilities of this role include :

• Meet with stakeholders of the project team and departmental
• representatives
• Monitor and adjust project plans, and schedules
• 3 Ensure adherence to our client’s standards and Hoffman’s
• methodologies
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prioritize tasks
• effectively
• Provide on-site support before, during and after each relocation
• Identify and avoid risks and solve problems
• Ensure each relocation we support is completed successfully

Project Manager Requirements

• Experienced working on Enterprise size Office or Laboratory
• Relocation projects (preferred).
• Fluent in the vocabulary of Real Estate, read blueprints and have an understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing.
• Able to manage client relationships in a friendly and professional manner
• Cares enough to ensure 100% accuracy before every relocation is completed
• Can solve problems, and willing to work until each problem is solved
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Can provide excellent service despite tight deadlines
• Starts with yes and figures out how to deliver on each promise
