Concrete/Epoxy Finisher (Traveling job) Simon Surfaces is looking for employees with great work-ethic and drive to join our organization. We specialize in concrete repairs, gas island restorations and epoxy installations all over the US.

What you will do: - Assist the job foreman installing, repairing, or coating concrete areas.
- Be able to lift to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the day.
- Prepare surfaces for installation.
- Mix products to make repairs or installations.
- Operate power tools and equipment.
- Carry materials and equipment.
- Clean and maintain equipment and area.
- Hands on epoxy flooring work and repairs, and other varying concrete/trowel down systems.
- MUST be willing and able to work with epoxy products.
What you will need: - 1+ year(s) of concrete/epoxy finishing experience.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MUST be able to be cleared to drive a company vehicle).
- Must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time when local work is not available (4 weeks consecutively).
- When local work is available, be able to get to and from the jobsites on a daily basis (within a 60-mile radius of Youngstown, Ohio).
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to endure extreme outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
- Ability to communicate effectively through written correspondence and verbally in English.
What We Offer: - Starting pay of $18.00- $20.00 per hour. LOTS of work & Overtime Available.
- Hotels and travel time paid (while staying out of town).
- Per diem - $37 per day (while staying out of town).
