In addition to this, you should also motivate the development team to help achieve improved customer satisfaction. Besides, you will be training the team members in agile methodologies and frameworks. Besides facilitating the team members, you should also ensure all deliverables meet quality standards. Your problem-solving skills will help resolve conflicts or project obstacles. In addition to this, you will be organizing sprint planning meetings. You should own strong analytical skills and hold a positive attitude. Managing deadlines and stressful situations effectively should also be your capabilities. Job Description Responsibilities Managing project timelines and scope Conducting stand-up and retrospective meetings Developing and organizing sprint planning meetings Teaching agile frameworks and methodologies to team members Facilitating improved performance, better creativity, and effective collaboration Promoting internal communication Communicating project timelines with the customers Undertaking any new requests from the clients Resolving conflicts and project obstacles Offering clients deliverables that match quality standards Helping the development team achieve higher scrum maturity Facilitating a positive work environment Clearing impediments for the scrum team Coordinating with stakeholders Identifying and monitoring KPIs, work schedule, and cost performance Preparing and presenting work reports Qualifications Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field Previous work experience as a Scrum Master or a similar role in the IT department PMP from PMI CSM or CSP certification is preferred Knowledge of scrum methodology and techniques Familiarity with scrum tools like Project Manager, Jira and Nutcache Knowledge of IT industry policies and procedures Basic understanding of agile frameworks Excellent leadership skills Strong oral and written communication skills Good time management and organizational skills Ability to make rational and quick decisions Highly-motivated individual Ability to work independently Good analytical skills Ability to offer high levels of customer service Attention to detail and strong research skills Additional Information Send in your application if you seem the right fit for the job.
